Joshua and Zack had the most wonderful wedding in Savannah. The love that their friends and families clearly feel for them stood out throughout the whole day. Held at the Ships of the Sea in the historic district, it was a day of complete joy and celebration. They wanted a classy vibe and they certainly achieved that, so many smiles made for a wonderful day.

The guys also chose to have a visually impactful wedding.  Very unusual, especially in Savannah!  But the vendors did a fabulous job. The food was incredible and so colourful. Bronston Photography did a wonderful job in easily capturing those natural moments. And many snaps of very relaxed portraits was so much fun to shoot for them.  Let’s not forget to mention Emerald Empire Band – over the top entertainment

As the guests arrived, Joshua and Zack couldn’t have been more excited. The weather was gorgeous, spirits were high and absolutely everything had been taken care of. It was going to be a day to remember. The ceremony garden had been decorated to perfection, which, took both boys’ breath away.

And so it was, the couple officially said those magic words, (including “the breaking of the glass” as this was a Jewish wedding) and the pair were wed, consummated by a loud round of applause from their guests. What followed was a celebration of pure joy and elation. The couple were able to enjoy every single moment, as me and my team looked after each guest and ensured everyone had everything they could possibly want. From the transport to the catering, right through to ensuring every bottle of champagne was deliciously chilled, the day, you could say, ran smooth as silk.

WEDDING ON TYBEE

I have to say this wedding was a superb idea! Myra and Patrick planned had a spectacular vision of a sunrise ceremony and reception on the beach. With seated cushion style serving, complete with a full catered picnic, a champagne toast, topped off with a violinist made for a wonderful atmosphere. Such a romantic setting. Just as the sun is rising A Different Light Photography, was there to capture every moment. My very best to this couple.

SAVANNAH ROOFTOP WEDDING

Lindsay and Brian prepared months in advance for a classy experience and chose the Perry Lane hotel for their ceremony and reception. As their officiant and day-of coordinator I helped him with wedding planning and customizing the ceremony and personalize their experience for them. They took a lot of time in preparing details for their guests to make it as enjoyable and relaxing and environment as possible. Wedding planning for their event was customized down to wording in the marriage vows, custom cuisine selection for each of the guests and finalizing coloration and layout they wanted took extra time giving them their exact vision. Attention to every conceivable detail was laid out and rehearsed well in advance. The ceremony itself was intimate personal. One I enjoyed greatly to  a part of their special moment and the beginning of their new lives together. My absolute best to Lindsay and Brian.  A wonderful couple.

WEDDINGS IN THE SQUARE

An elegant family setting in quintessential classic downtown Savannah Orleans Square was chosen by Beth and Jared for their wedding day. Originally it was asked of me to design a beach wedding ceremony of which, due to weather conditions was changed two days prior. We decided to move it downtown instead. Lots of coordinating had to be done to get permits, make vendor schedule changes and logistics updates with guests all flying in from Minnesota to make it happen. Everybody pulled together. , A Different Light Photography did an outstanding job capturing the story line of those precious moments. The wedding turned out a wonderful experience and memorable day. Beth and Jared are a classy couple and their family were so kind with great sense of humors. Great group of people, my very best To Beth and Jared and their whole family.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND WEDDING

An absolutely wonderful day for Caitlin and Jon with all the trimmings. On this beautiful winter day with everyone dressed to the nines, we had for them this elegant ceremony, a custom reception with live music entertainment at the Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club on Hilton Head, SC. I can’t think of a moment where both were not smiling. It was a great day for all. And exceptional service from everybody made this possible: the florist, to the food specialist, the rental establishments and the staff. Yet the atmosphere was relaxed and personal. It was a lot of fun to make their wedding as special as they are. Contracts to you both.

TYBEE ISLAND WEDDING

There’s something about a frothy, lighter-than-air beach wedding that I absolutely love. Stephanie and Zach’s destination celebration was inspired by a relaxed atmosphere on a summer’s day filled to the brim with family and friends from the US and Germany. It was a wonderful experience meeting and working with them. Rick Burkhardt Photography captured every aspect of the whole day and did a wonderful job. First City Productions created and coordinated a custom experience for their wedding reception from décor and layout down to the last minute changes. It was a wonderful occasion for everybody. Guests, bride, groom, vendors, and everyone involved. I wish my very best to Stefanie and Zach for the wonderful life they have created.

HILTON HEAD ISLAND WEDDING

Alicia and Jontell were very excited leading up to the big day. However, she was worried – she was running late moments before their ceremony. I assured her – he’s ready-when-you-are. The wedding began with an elegant and traditional beach ceremony on Hilton Head Island Dresden Beach before guests headed to the reception dinner in the sand and sunset. What was so special – they wanted to create that feeling – we wanted all their loved ones to feel “at home”, comfortable, happy. Alicia and Jontell, congratulations to both of you. A wonderful couple on a wonderful day and all who’s joining your special celebration. I wish you the very best.

TYBEE ISLAND WEDDING

Leticia and Andrew’s wedding was on the extreme go until the day of the ceremony. The reception and all the other ceremonial changes came together right on time. It was a beautiful day. Andrew (ex-military) was disciplined and patient anticipating his bride’s arrival. As the wedding got started they were both smiling ear to ear, super excited the whole ceremony. I thoroughly enjoyed being with them during that moment. The Tybee Island Wedding Chapel made for a wonderful location, one where the couple took to the place just like you would your own vacation home. The setup team did a great job. I cannot thank them enough for their attention to detail prior to the wedding as well as the day of the wedding. I wish Leticia and Andrew the best of luck in their journey together and thank them for being a great couple to work with.
